Dr. Chris Winter is a neurologist and sleep specialist with over 25 years of clinical experience. He is the author of the bestselling books The Sleep Solution and The Rested Child, host of the award-winning podcast Sleep Unplugged, and a trusted media expert featured in Men’s Health, The New York Times, NPR, and ESPN. Known for his engaging communication style and deep clinical insight, Dr. Winter consults widely with professional athletes, teams, and organizations across the NBA, MLB, and NFL. He runs a private sleep medicine practice in Charlottesville, Virginia, and is widely regarded as one of the most accessible and authoritative voices in the sleep field.

Maeve Winter, M.A. is a clinical psychology researcher, artist, and yoga instructor based in New York City. She recently earned her M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University, where she specialized in qualitative and mixed-methods research on health, belief systems, and psychological well-being. Maeve has conducted research on maternal mental health, menstrual awareness, and the role of spirituality in health behaviors. With a background in both academic research and creative storytelling, she brings a reflective and interpretive lens to the project. Sleep Unplugged is her first podcast.

In addition to being a gifted musician, Dr. Abhinav Singh is a world-reknown sleep expert as well. Dr. Singh is board certified in Sleep Medicine and Internal Medicine, is the Medical Director of the Indiana Sleep Center, which is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at Marian University College of Medicine in Indianapolis, where he developed and teaches a Sleep Medicine rotation.
Dr. Singh’s research and clinical practice focuses on sleep disorders, including excessive daytime sleepiness, narcolepsy, sleep apnea, chronic snoring, insomnia, and sleep education. He firmly believes in his philosophy of “360 degrees of sleep awareness,” in which every single person must be educated about the importance of sleep so that they can further educate others. Along with being a fellow of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, Dr. Singh is a peer reviewer for the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine, Sleep Health (from the National Sleep Foundation) and the Journal of Sleep Disorders: Treatment and Care.
